Service agreement and usage guidelines
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website dragohost.cloud, hosting services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services") provided by Dragohost ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company").
By accessing our website or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. Users between 13-18 may use Services only with parent/guardian consent who assumes responsibility.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and all activities under your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate security measures. We recommend strong, unique passwords and enabling security features.
Dragohost provides managed Minecraft server hosting including server provisioning, control panel access, technical support, backup functionality, and DDoS protection.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, repairs, security incidents, or other factors.
Service plans specify allocated RAM, CPU, storage, and bandwidth. Resources are dedicated as described. We monitor usage and may take action if abuse or violations occur.
Services are intended for hosting Minecraft and supported game servers for legitimate gameplay purposes.
First-time violations typically receive warnings. Repeated or severe violations may result in service restriction, suspension, or termination without refund.
You agree to use Services only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not host, store, distribute, or transmit:
Servers must comply with Minecraft EULA and Mojang's commercial guidelines. Cracked servers may not be intentionally promoted.
We investigate abuse reports and may take actions ranging from warnings to content removal, suspension, or account termination. Appeals may be submitted within 14 days.
We may suspend accounts for policy violations, non-payment, fraud, legal requirements, or security risks.
During suspension, access is disabled but data remains stored. Billing continues unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel anytime through your dashboard. We may terminate for cause (immediate, no refund) or without cause (30 days notice, pro-rata refund).
New customers may request refunds within 7 days of initial purchase. Applies to first-time purchases only, excludes renewals and upgrades.
No refunds for Terms violations, post-guarantee dissatisfaction, third-party services, or promotional services.
Our Content: Website content is owned by Dragohost and protected by IP laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership but grant us limited license to provide Services.
Services provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
Dragohost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or revenue.
Total liability shall not exceed amount paid in preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragohost from claims arising from your use of Services, User Content, or Terms violations.
Governing Law: Laws of India govern these Terms.
Informal Resolution: Attempt informal resolution before formal proceedings.
Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
